Who we are

What we sell

Used auto parts, checked against the buyer's vehicle VIN before shipping, to confirm fit with the exact make, model, trim and year. We sell to individual buyers (retail) and to auto shops and mechanics (wholesale, bulk orders).

All parts are used (previously installed, salvage/dismantled) OEM parts — we do not sell aftermarket (non-OEM) parts.

How ordering works

1. Buyer submits their vehicle VIN and the part needed (via the contact form or phone).
2. We check the part against the VIN to confirm fit and availability.
3. If confirmed, buyer pays; if not, we say so before any payment is taken.
4. We ship the part.

Shipping

We ship within 3 business days of the order being placed. Delivery time after that depends on the shipping carrier and the buyer's location; a tracking number is provided so the buyer can follow the shipment.

Returns, refunds and replacements

If a part does not fit as confirmed, the buyer is entitled to a refund or a replacement within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Payment

Payments will be processed through Stripe once setup is complete. We do not store card numbers.
